A written 4 weeks training programme will show and explain each session and exercise in details. The programme based on the following fitness areas:

  • Outdoor Cycling
  • Indoor Cycling
  • Gym

Our monthly training programmes are designed to suit individual athlete’s fitness levels. The programme structure is based on hours to fit athlete’s daily lifestyle. We provide a new and unique way to improve your performance to the desire level! The monthly training programme will be evaluated and updated at the end of each month, dependently on the athlete’s previous performance by providing training data on daily basis. The following Structure is suitable for General Fitness and a new coming Cyclists / Triathlons (Personal Fitness & achievement)

  1. Winter Training Programme

A written 3 month training programme will show and explain each session and exercise in details. The programme based on the following fitness areas:

  • Outdoor Cycling
  • Indoor Cycling
  • Gym

Our winter training programme is designed to suite individual athlete’s fitness levels. The programme structure is based on hours to fit athlete’s daily lifestyle. We provide a new and unique way to improve your performance to the desire level! The three month training programme will be evaluated and updated at the end of each month, dependently on the athlete’s previous performance by providing training data on weekly basis. The following structure is suitable for athletes are looking to entering events to compete at personal record or competing at low level competitions (Charity rides, Recreational & Sportive rides)

  • Gym

Our seasonal training programme is designed to suite individual athletesgoal and targeted event level. The programme structure is based on hours to fit athlete’s daily lifestyle. We provide a new and unique way to improve your performance to the desire level! The seasonal training programme will be evaluated and updated at the end of each week, dependently on the athletes previous performance by providing training data on daily basis.The following structure is suitable to all athletes with a good fitness foundation and are ready to increase their performance to the competition level (National & International Events)
